余尝闻参领成文言，国初鳌拜辅政时，凡一时威福，尽出其门。因正白旗圈地事，以直隶总督朱公昌祚、巡抚王公联登、户部尚书苏公纳海与之龃龉，乃将三公立加诛夷，圣祖不预知也。尝托病不朝，要上亲往问疾。上幸其第，入其寝，御前侍卫和公托见其貌变色，乃急趋至榻前，揭席刃见。

上笑曰：“刀不离身乃满洲故俗，不足异也。”因即返驾。

以弈棋故，召索相国额图入谋画。数日后，伺鳌拜入见日，召诸羽林士卒入，因面问曰：“汝等皆朕股肱耆旧，然则畏朕欤，抑畏拜也？”众曰：“独畏皇上。”帝因谕鳌拜诸过恶，立命擒之。声色不动而除巨慝，信难能也。

Emperor Kang Xi caught the inferior Ao Bai

I always heard that at the beginning of the foundation of our dynasty, also the period when Ao Bai assisted politics, all might came from Ao’s cluster. Due to the things about the Positive white flag and so on, three officials incurred some discontent with Ao, before noticing the Emperor Kang Xi, Ao killed them instantly. Once upon a time he didn’t worship the emperor with the excuse of illness and asked the emperor to visit him personally. Kang Xi arrived at his house and enterred into his bedroom. After seeing Ao’s change of complexion, the housecarl of the emperor rapidly tended towards his couch and uncovered his mat, the blade appeared out. Emperor spoke laughingly: “ it is an old custom of Man people to wear blade with body, nothing worths any surprise. ” Then the emperor returned back. Under the pretence of playing chess, the emperor summoned the premier Suo E Tu to make preparations of the plot. After a few days, waiting for the interview with Ao Bai, the emperor called in the soldiers and asked them face to face: “ you are my thigh, are you afraid of me or Ao Bai.”All of the soldiers answered: “We only respect the emperor.” Thus, the emperor counted several bad things commited by Ao Bai and ordered the soldiers to arrest him right away. It is really uncommon for Kang Xi to seize and eliminate this great evil Ao Bai with so silent means.　

设间诛袁崇焕

本朝自攻抚顺后，明人望风而溃，无敢撄其锋者，惟明巡抚袁崇焕固守宁远，攻之六月未下。

高皇拂然曰：“何戆儿乃敢阻我兵力？”因罢兵归。故文皇深蓄大仇，必欲甘心于袁。

己巳冬，大兵既抵燕，崇焕千里入援，自恃功高。文皇乃擒明杨太监监于帐中，密扎鲍承先在帐外作私语曰：“今日上退兵乃袁巡抚意，不日伊即输诚矣。”

复阴纵杨监归。明庄烈帝信其间，乃立磔崇焕。举朝无以为枉者，殊不知中帝之间也。

Kill Chong Huan Yuan by emissary

Among those there was still a minister named Chong Huan Yuan, who still kept adhesion of Ling Yuan, a ciy which was still intact though attacked by us for six months

Gao emperor said annoyingly: “Who dare to obstruct our army?” Therefore, the army returned back. So hating Yuan minister, Emperor didn’t reconcile to Yuan minister heartily.

As the great army of Qing Dynasty entered the Yan area in the cold winter days, Yuan minister, so proud and self-reliant, also aided it from thousands of miles away. Wen Emperor captured the eunuch Yang of Ming Dynasty into the canopy of the army, and secretly said to Cheng Xian Bao outside the canopy: “in this morning the withdrawal of Ming dynasty belongs to the intention of Yuan minister, he will surrender and show his honesty towards us soon.

Again he stealthily set the eunuch Yang free to return back, the emperor of Ming Dynasty believed the message from eunuch Yang and killed Yuan miniser instantly. Nobody of the Ming Dynasty thought Yuan minister was treated unjustly and  who knew the total tragedy was designed by the emperor of Qing Dynasty.

砌 砖

有名记者，为了一篇有关建筑业前景的专稿而到某个建筑区进行采访。

当他走进建筑区时，看到一名年轻人正在砌砖。他便走向前去问他：“先生，你在做什么呢?”

“你没长眼啊，我在砌砖呀。在这大日头底下干活，真叫   受不了。”说着，吐了一口痰在地上。

记者不再打扰他，便走到另一处去。他又碰到另一名正在砌砖的年青人。

“嗨，先生，你在做什么啊?”

“噢，我在建房子，每个幸福家庭都必须拥有一套舒适的房子啊!”

启示

同样是在砌砖，一个认为单纯是在砌砖，另一个则认为在为人们建筑新屋。态度改变了人对各种事物的看法。如果一个人的态度不好，对所从事的行业缺乏热忱及爱心，肯定无法达到成功。

Laying bricks

A reporter interviewed a construction for a paper of the prospect of architecture industry.

After entering the building site, he saw a man was busy with builiding stones. Stepping towards him, he spoke aloud: “sir, what are you doing here?”

 “You, lack of eyes? I am laying bricks, it is really unbearable to work in this burning sun.” After speaking those remarks, he spitted on the ground.

Without interrupting him, the interviewer moved to another corner, accidentally, he came across another guy also laying bricks. 

 “hi, sir, what are you doing here?”

 “oh, I am building houses, every happy family is in want of a comfortable house.”

Revelation

Similarly laying bricks, simply one only did it with low-spirited air, while the other thought he was building new houses. Attitudes distinguish people’s views towards things. If one is short of zealousness and affection towards his/her career, absolutely there will be no success waiting for him/her ultimately.

天下没有不劳而获的东西

从前，有一位爱民如子的国王，在他的英明领导下，人民丰衣足食，安居乐业。深谋远虑的国王却担心当他死后，人民是不是也能过着幸福的日子，于是他招集了国内的有识之士。命令他们找了一个能确保人民生活幸福的永世法则。

三个月后，这班学者把三本六寸厚的帛书呈上给国王说：“国王陛下，天下的知识都汇集合这三本书内．只要人民读完它，就能确保他们的生活无忧了。”

国王不以为然，因为他认为人民都不会花那么多时间来看书。所以他再命令这班学者继续钻研。二个月内，学者们把三本简化成一本。国王还是不满意。

再一个月后，学者们把一张纸呈上给国王。国王看后非常满意地说：“很好，只要我的人民都真正日后有奉行这宝贵的智慧，我相信他们一定能过上富裕幸福的生活。”说完后便重重地奖赏了这班学者。

原来这张纸上只写了一句话：天下没有不劳而获的东西。

启示

大多数的人都想快速发达，但是却不明白做一切事都必须老老实实地努力才能有所成就。

只要能真正放弃投机取巧的心态，实实在在地努力工作，成功必定离你不远了。只要还存有一点取巧、碰运气的心态，你就很难全力以赴。不要梦想中彩票，或把时间花在赌桌上。这些一夜之间发达的梦想，都是人们努力的绊脚石。记住：天下没有不劳而获的东西!

Nothing in this world can be reaped without being sown

Once upon a time, there was a fatherly king,people enjoyed an affluent and contented life under his leadership.While the foresighted king was nevious about his death and whether his people could live a happy life continuously , accordingly he convened all men of insight within his country and ordered them to find a perpetual principle which could ensure the happiness of his people.

Three months later, these officials submitted a piece of silk book to the king: Your majesty, all the knowledge are all collected in these three books, only if people finish to read them, there will be no worry about their lives.

The king objected to this opinion, as he knowed people would not spend too much time to read these. Therefore he ordered these scholars to study intensively. Two months later, the scholars predigested these three books into one, nevertheless, the king was still not satisfied.

One month later, the scholars submitted a piece of paper to the king. The king was satisfied and said: very good, only if my people will pursue this precious wisdom,I believe they will live a happy life at the end.” After these, he awarded these scholars heavily.

Originally there is only one remark on this paper: nothing in this world can be reaped with being sown. 

Revelation

Most of us want to become successful as swiftly as possible,but they don’t understand that success can’t be gained in an instant without endeavor. Only you can give up the intention of opportunistic attitude and strive to work harder, the success will be not far from you. It will be very hard for you to go all out, if you still harbour the attitudes of joker and gamble. Do not dream of lottery or spend your time on bet desks, those one-night dreams are the obstacles against your struggle. Please remember: nothing in this world can be reaped without being sown.

非洲土人穿鞋子

在美国有一间鞋子制造厂。为了扩大市场，工厂老板便派一名市场经理到非洲一个孤岛上调查市场。那名市场经理一抵达，发现当地的人们都没有穿鞋子的习惯，回到旅馆，他马上拍发电报告诉老板说：“这里的居民从不穿鞋，此地无市场。”

当老板接到电报后，思索良久．便吩咐另一名市场经理去实地调查。当这名市场经理一见到当地人们赤足，没穿任何鞋子的时候，心中兴奋万分，一回到旅馆，马上电告老板：“此岛居民无鞋穿，市场潜力巨大．快寄一百万双鞋子过来。”

启示

同样的境况，却有不同的观点与结论。其实，当我们经常往坏的方面去想的话我们将错失许多“成功的机会”。相反的，我 们一直往好的、积极的方面去思考的话，我们就会挖掘出许多令人想不到的机会，即使是危机也可能藏着一线机会。

Shoes of natives in africa

There was a shoe-manufacturing corporation in America.

To broaden the market, the boss was determined to send an marketing manager to an island of Africa to make some investigation. As soon as the manager had arrived at the destination, seeing that people without habit of wearing shoes, he returned to hotel and sent a telegraph to the boss: there is no hope for marketing, as no one wears shoes here.

After receiving the telegraph, contemplating for a while, the boss ordered another manager of marketing to investigate the local of Africa. Once the manager arrived and found that people here were all barefooted. Exhilaratingly returning to the hotel, he sent a telegraph to the boss: people on this island are all barefooted, the potential of shoe market here is great, would you please send one million pairs of shoes to me as soon as possible?

Revelation:

Same circumstance may bear different viewpoints and conclusions. In fact, we may lose many chances of success, if we contemplate things towards bad facets; oppositely, if we always think something with positive and wonderful attitudes, we may dig out many unimaginable and threads of chances, even if confronted with crisis.

赏析：

黄昏送别，孤帆远征。回头重重烟柳，淡云暮烟。待到酒醒人静，只见孤枕残灯，淮月朦胧。晨风轻浪，离愁更浓。

这首词抒写了离别之痛，相思之苦。风格柔丽，抒情宛转。语言美，意境尤美。

赏析：

唐时道教流行，此诗作者大约是其皈依者。据《古今诗话》载，这位隐者的来历为人所不知，曾有好事者当面打听他的姓名，他也不答，却写下这首诗。首联“偶来松树下，高枕石头眠”，这与其说是“答人”，毋宁说是有点象传神的自题小像。“偶来”，其行踪显得多么自由无羁，不可追蹑。“高枕”，则见其恬淡无忧。“松树”、“石头”，设物布景简朴，却富于深山情趣。“寒尽”二字，就含四时成岁之意。而且它还进了一步，虽知“寒尽”岁暮，却又“不知年”。这里当含有两层意思：一层是从“无历日”演绎而来，意即“不解数甲子”（唐人诗句：“山僧不解数甲子，一叶落知天下秋。”）；二层是不知今是何世之意，犹《桃花源记》的“不知有汉，无论魏晋”。可见诗中人不但在空间上独来独往，在时间上也是无拘无碍的。到这里，“太上隐者”的形象完成了，且有呼之欲出之感。

“五绝无闲字易，有余味难。”（刘熙载《艺概》）此诗字字无虚设，语语古淡，无用力痕迹；其妙处尤在含意丰茸，令人神远。

沉思的花絮

一．

一头驴幻想着变成 人，它割掉自己的尾巴后，问周围的驴：“现在我像个人了吧？”“差一点，你还应该把耳朵剪下来。”其他驴回答说。“这好办。你看现在我变成人了吧？”“还差点，你还缺双鞋和领带。”……不管怎样，这头驴在驴群里有了名声，因为它差一点就变成了人。

如果想要证明自己，就不要怕“还差一点”。
