<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">这个菜的特点就是用时很少，准备工作也很简单，只需要切半个一洋葱就可以了。意大利面要煮大约10分钟，可以先用一个炉子煮面，然后切洋葱，做酱汁，总的时间加起来差不多15分钟。</P>

  	<title><![CDATA[悉尼生活之豆豉鸡块]]></title>

<P>由于其中考试，没时间做饭已经吃了好几天外食了，现在考试结束了，决定做点好吃的。目标是看起来颜色鲜艳，闻起来香喷喷的，然后又很下饭，又要很省时间。刚好在柜子里翻出了一袋不知什么时候买的豆豉酱，所以这个菜就在脑子里形成了，哈哈，我好聪明呀<IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face5.gif">！</P>
<P>材料：去骨鸡腿肉4块，青红椒各一个，葱花少许，盐，味精，老抽，糖，豆豉酱，料酒</P>
<P>做法：<IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">将鸡腿肉切成块，青红椒叶切成差不多大小</P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">加入豆豉酱，一小勺盐、味精和糖，少许老抽和料酒，翻炒到青红椒熟透，勾芡出锅！</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">由于我买的豆豉酱比较少所以就加了盐，建议大家放盐之前先尝一下味道，如果味到够咸的话就不用放盐了。</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">勾芡的时候，我加的水比较多，这样汤汁就多，和饭很好吃。</P>

  	<title><![CDATA[悉尼生活之焦糖鸡蛋布丁]]></title>

<P>这个甜点算是开启了我料理之门的第一个作品，我记得我第一次在商贸饭店吃这个布丁的时候，当时就觉得怎么会有这么好吃的东西，不是很甜，入口即化，鸡蛋和牛奶的香味充满了口中，口感很细腻，又非常的滑顺，但又不失弹性，是每吃一口都会感到幸福的甜点。可惜这个布丁在任何甜点店都买不到，所以唯一的出路就是自己动手来解馋了。刚好家里有本食谱上面有，材料也很简单，不过这款布丁是我第一次做比西红柿炒蛋更复杂的东西，还好本人遗传到老妈的做菜天分，第一次还算很成功，我还记得当时吃第一口的兴奋感。也就是从那时候开始，我觉得吃自己动手做出来的料理是件极有成就感又幸福的事，所以现在我把这个布丁的做法跟大家分享一下。</P>
<P>材料：鸡蛋3个，细砂糖100克，牛奶400ml，鲜奶油100ml，香草精2滴，水，黄油</P>
<P>做法：</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 准备工作：</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;切一小块黄油放入碗里，用微波炉热大约50秒，然后涂在模具上</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;烤箱调到160度，预热</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 糖浆：</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">拿一个小锅加入80g细砂糖，50ml水，用中火煮，并用木铲轻轻搅拌</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">当糖水变成黄色后离火，加入开水约30ml，并迅速搅拌，倒入模具中</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">将模具放入冰箱10~20分钟，让糖充分冷却凝固</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 布丁糊：</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">小锅里加入牛奶，鲜奶油，和剩下的20个砂糖，用中火煮</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">煮奶的同时可以打鸡蛋，在牛奶煮开之前关火，放在一旁冷却</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">待冷却到锅子不烫手的时候将打好的蛋液慢慢的加入到牛奶中，并用木铲轻轻搅拌均匀</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">加入1~2滴香草精搅拌均匀，让后用过滤网过滤一下</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">将混合好的布丁糊缓缓倒入模具中</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">将模具放到烤盘里，并在烤盘里加冷水，水位大约到烤盘深度的一半，160度烤20~25分钟</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">烤好后拿出冷却一下，再放入冰箱里面冰30~40分钟</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">取出后，用小刀沿着布丁和模具的连接处将布丁脱开模具，用盘子盖住模具快速反转，听到啪的一声，</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 布丁就落在盘子里了，然后拿下模具，就可以吃了！！！</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">首先要注意的是鲜奶油不是黄油，鲜奶油看起来更像奶，但是比牛奶要浓稠的很多，它会使布丁的口感更滑。</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">接下来是煮糖浆的火候，原来的菜谱上说的是中火，但是如果你家里用的是电炉或者是电磁炉的话，我建议用大火，因为这些炉具的温度都没有火高，如果用中火的话糖浆很难变成黄色。</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">煮糖浆搅拌的时候一定要轻，不然糖浆溅出来会凝在梳理台上很难清洗。</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">香草精的作用是去掉鸡蛋的腥味，国外的鸡蛋腥味较重，所以强烈建议放这个，国内如果不容易买到可以省略，因为国内的鸡蛋没那么腥。</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">将蛋液加入牛奶时一定要等牛奶冷却，不然过热的牛奶会将蛋液烫熟，这样就烤不成布丁了。</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">将布丁糊倒入模具的时候尽量要轻，尽量贴近模具，这样会减少布丁糊中的气泡。</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">烤布丁的时间因烤箱而异，需要不定时的查看，以免烤过头影响口感。</P>
<P>给留学生：</P>
<P>到国外留学的学生尤其是女生都免不了会产生自己做甜点的想法，但是大家一般想到的都是蛋糕拉，muffin，cookie之类的东西，但这些东西材料都很复杂，而且容易失败，尤其是蛋糕，想要做一个蓬松柔软的蛋糕，对打蛋清的要求是很高的，要打发但是有不能过，用一般的手动打蛋器是又累又费时，电动打蛋器一般都比较贵而且利用率不高，为了一个蛋糕花这么多钱实在不值得。而且做一个差不多大的蛋糕起码要6个鸡蛋，如果失败了，真是损失惨重。所以我认为选择布丁作为自制甜点非常不错，即省钱还不容易失败。</P>

<P>对于刚出国的朋友，可能大家都会遇到相同的情况，对于货架上令郎满目的商品无所适从，好多东西都不认识，也不知道怎么用，但是如果翻一翻外国的食谱，就会发现，这些不知名的调料和食品都是国外餐桌上或做菜过程中不可或缺的东西，所以偶尔舍弃中国城的东西，尝试一些外国菜会是一种不同的体验，而且成本也不高。</P>
<P>材料：牛肉200克，猪肉250克，洋葱一个，蒜2瓣，培根2片，松仁3大勺，西红柿罐头，鸡蛋，面包屑，速冻豌豆少许，汤精块（牛肉味），月桂叶1片，盐，胡椒粉（黑，白），糖，淀粉，面粉</P>
<P>做法：<STRONG>肉丸</STRONG>：</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">将两种肉混合，加入一小勺盐，少许白胡椒粉，酒（最好是红酒），一大勺淀粉，一大勺面粉，少许水</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （一点点）然后用筷子按顺时针方向搅拌均匀，然后团成肉丸子（乒乓球大小）摆在盘子里备用</P>

<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">如果你是在国外的话，我建议买那种banana chilli，就是国内那种大的尖椒，而且要多炒一会儿，因为国外的青椒不太容易炒熟。悉尼的白豆干包装都是一个大方块，这样豆干够炒两次的，一次一半，女生的话做一次可以吃两顿，这样成本就很低了。而且此菜蛋白质高，又没有多少脂肪，美媚吃了就不会怕胖了，哈哈！</P>

<P>材料：芒果半个（去皮切丁）&nbsp;&nbsp; 整鸡翅4个&nbsp;（剁开）或者翅中或者翅根（随自己喜欢） 葱花&nbsp;&nbsp; 牛奶&nbsp;&nbsp; 盐&nbsp; 味精&nbsp; 糖</P>

<P>这个菜就是消耗土豆最好的办法啦，小土豆一次可以用5-6个，大土豆可以用2-3个。</P>
<P><STRONG>材料</STRONG>：土豆（切丁），鸡蛋3个，小洋葱一个（切丁），盐，味精，黑胡椒粉</P>

<P>昨天和朋友去了悉尼有名的Bondi Beach，当汽车快到的时候，蓝色的海岸线和白色的沙滩已经让我激动起来了。</P>
<P>早上出发的时候还在担心自己穿的是不是太少了，到这里之后发现，海滩上穿的最多的就是我们了。到处都是穿</P>
<P>bikini的人，我想男生一定乐歪了吧。Eric表现的较明显，甚至开始搜寻有没有裸女，很幸运他看到了一个，Patric可能是有女朋友在身边表现得很收敛。</P>

<P>虽说澳洲人一直强调澳洲的阳光强烈，而且很多人患皮肤癌，但这仍然不能影响澳洲人喜爱日光浴这一特点，海滩上遍地都是晒日光浴的。虽然阳光足，万里无云，但是海风还是挺大的，所以海里有很多人冲浪。</P>

<P>虽然放假了，但是伙食还是要搞好的，上一次去maggie家噌饭，这一次地点在我家。可怜两位男士，一放假就以泡面度日。</P>
<P>五菜一汤，香菇油菜、木瓜鸡丁、培根甜豆、溜鱼片、鸡蛋糕，和紫菜汤</P>
<P>香菇油菜和木瓜鸡丁我以前有介绍在这里就不说了</P>
<P><STRONG>溜鱼片：</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG>材料：</STRONG>鱼一条（去头尾和刺）胡萝卜一个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 黄瓜一个&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 葱花少许&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 盐&nbsp;&nbsp; 味精&nbsp; &nbsp;淀粉</P>
<P><STRONG>做法：</STRONG><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">将鱼斜刀片成片儿，加少许淀粉抓一下&nbsp; 胡萝卜和黄瓜去皮切成片</P>

<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">在澳洲买鱼就有一点好，鱼都是肉，没有刺，这就省了很多的麻烦事。</P>
<P><IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face62.gif">其实鱼肉应该粘淀粉用油过一下，无奈澳洲的油很“真贵”，所以只是大火炒了一下，好在鱼肉很嫩，怎么炒都不老。</P>

<P>终于比较顺利的通过pre-app，今天和同学去eastwood的中国城买菜和寿司的材料，由于以前的醋买错了，所以醋饭有些发红，不过不影响味道。</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>材料：黄瓜1个，三文鱼适量，蟹棒适量，大米适量，柠檬一个，瓦萨米，包寿司专用的紫菜，</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 包寿司用的竹帘</P>
<P>做法：<IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">黄瓜破成细条用盐腌上，同时把米饭焖上（4缸米的量）</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif">米饭焖好之后，在被子里面加约150ml的醋（雀巢咖啡杯半杯的量），2大勺糖，一小勺盐放到微波炉里</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;高火1分钟，拿出来充分搅拌把糖和盐搅拌到化然后加到米饭里重复搅拌均匀放凉。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face9.gif"> 将紫菜放到竹帘上，将两醋饭均匀的抹到紫菜上（不要太厚），将腌好黄瓜和蟹棒放到米饭上（靠近自己</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 的一面）然后用竹帘竹帘慢慢地把紫菜卷上，每卷一下要用手捏一下让饭可以把紫菜粘住，但不要太用力，</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 以免把饭挤出来。</P>

<P>这个是客厅和餐厅，无奈澳大利亚的电视台只有5个是免费的，所以电视节目比较无聊，只有每个星期二的晚上有好看的电视剧。</P>

    <description><![CDATA[<div><P>记得上初中的时候，班主任老师曾经说过这个社会的进步是懒人创造的，她说因为人觉得走路太费时，太费事，所以发明了车子，因为不愿意动笔写信而发明了E-mail。不管说的对不对，人类确实为了省时、省力而发明了不少东西。过去的大厨做菜全靠一把达到，可精湛的刀工往往要花很长时间才能连成，而对于现在忙于工作的人们也许根本没有那个功夫去磨炼自己的刀功了。所以想要快速变成一个游刃厨房的煮妇或者煮夫个人认为需要一些必备的工具和器材</P>

<P>对于大小火掌握不好的人来说，这个是再好不过了。建议买2000W的或者以上，这样才可以炒菜，本博客所有的菜均由此物做出来的。炉台整洁易收拾，重点是煮汤，或者做菜收汁的时候只要条好温度订好时就不用担心因为忘记而把锅烧干。缺点是电磁炉只能用铁锅或者不锈钢锅。最近逛街看到一种德国米技幅热炉，不挑锅也是用电的，但是价钱呐~~~~<IMG src="http://st.blog.163.com/style/common/htmlEditor/portrait/face/preview/face3.gif">太贵了！</P>

<P>本来还想介绍烤箱的，但是由于家里的烤箱年头久远羞于见人所以没照照片，而且现在市面上质量较好容量够大的烤箱价格不菲，不是每个家庭都能承受的起的，所以在这里就不推荐啦。</P>
