Rules for Using Nitrogen 氮使用原则
Not allowed to use nitrogen for any purpose without permission except for emergency use.非紧急时刻,没有许可不允许使用氮气。
Nitrogen must only be used for providing inert atmospheres within process equipment, for purging equipment, fire-fighting, or leak testing at a maximum of 6 barg or 50% of operational pressure (whichever is lower).
氮气只是作为工艺设备的填充气体,清除设备、灭火、泄漏试验,最大压力是操作压力的50%
LOP Local Rules LOP 规则
Contractors must attend LOP local induction before entering into LOP site.进入现场以前必须参见 LOP 的当地介绍
Visitors must be accompanied with LOP operations to enter LOP site after agreement of the LOP Shift Supervisor, and visitors must sign in the LOP Safe Visit Records before entering and after visiting.
在得到LOP值班监督的许可后,遵守LOP 的操作规则,方可进入。在进出后都要在LOP 安全访问记录上签字。
LOP Local Rules (Cont.)
Any incident and near miss must be reported to LOP Control Center (CC1) immediately.
任何事件和未遂事件都必须立即上报CC1.
Must not move, take off or change any safety sign or warning sign (that are placed in LOP area) without authorization.
绝对不能移动或者摘掉任何安全和警告标识。
Must not cross any temporary or permanent barriers on any area on site without authorization.
没有授权绝对不能跨越任何临时或者永久性的维护。
Entry into CC1 Control Room is restricted to LOP field operators and LOP day staff. Contractors are not allowed to enter CC1 unless there is a need to do maintenance in CC1.
对于LOP 现场的操作人员和LOP的日班工作人员进入CC1是严格限制的。除非进入CC1是按照要求作CC1的维修,否则承包商绝对不能进入CC1。
LOP PTW issuing location is in CC1, there is a dedicated door for PTW applicants entry.
LOP PTW 的发放地点在CC1,为此专设了一个门以供申请PTW的人员进入。

If the Primary Assembly Point is not
applicable during an emergency, e.g.
the emergency occurring location is
close to the Primary Assembly Point,
personnel working at site during the
emergency should approach to the
Secondary Assembly Point.
如果第一集合点在紧急事件发生时,没有启
动,比如:事件发生在第一集合点附近,那么
人员应该去第二集合点。
