美国的遗产税

美国遗产税的起征点较高，并按物价指数浮动。1999年的起征点为65万美元，税率实行超额累进制，最高税率达55％。

中国尚未开征此税种。

1916年，美国开始正式征收联邦遗产税，后来又开征相关的赠予税和隔代遗产转让税，并且从1977年起，遗产税和赠予税使用统一的税率。

一位美国公民或永久居民（即俗称的绿卡持有人）死亡时，不管他的遗产位于地球上哪里，其继承人（除配偶之外）有义务申报遗产总额，并缴纳遗产税。非公民或非永久居民在美国的遗产，以当事人是否在美国正式居住（Domicile）来判定他们去世后是否必须交付美国的遗产税和赠与税。这里所谓正式居住的定义不是与移民局有无居留权

人生的意义

好久不去用中文写东西了！只因为是想让很少一部分人能明白我的想法！我只是感觉用英语去书写会更加的流畅，心情的沉重可以得以解脱society的桎梏！

说起来，我很疑惑！我会感觉到人生的劳累，人生的繁重！到现在我才能真真正正的明白为什么人们时常说人生最天真，烂漫的时刻就是childhood。我才知道这其中的原因！早些年，我不会这么如此的认为。我会感觉一个大孩子会更好，strength ,long.可是这如今也到达了人生的这一时刻，为什么世界观却发生了转变了呢？因为我知道了关于人生的一切，还不如作为一个长不大的孩子好。那样可以从power，money，etc.（权术，金钱等）的藩篱中挣脱出来，生活与一个无忧无虑的世界。

时常，竟不知道自己是处于学业中的什么地位，可当我看到小弟都已经上初四，翻看日历是2010年时，我刚刚意识到自己已经是步入高中for so long 。
