前些天接到了Anita的回信，结果她的回信确让我大吃一惊，以下是本人经历的真实事件，希望各位看到的朋友从中吸取经验教训，并且多多转载，谨防上当受骗。

第二封信她才具体说她来自Dakar Senegal，因为战争，他的父母都死了，弟妹也失散了，住在一个难民营，起初我还很同情她，想尽力帮她。这是她的信，还附带了一张照片：

My Dearest,

Thanks for your mail.

How are you doing today? I hope  all is well,.

Mine is a little bit hot over here in Dakar Senegal.

As i told you in my last mail that i'm living in  the refugee camp at the moment, in this camp we are not allowed to go out , unless otherwise.

It's just like one staying in the prison and i hope by Gods grace i will come out here soon.

I don't have any relatives now whom I can go to all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war the only person I have now is Rev.Evans Johnson who is   incharge  (église St' Paul grand yoff dakar senegal) here in the camp  and he is the owner of this computer where I send and receive mails from you, he has been very nice to me since I came here but I am not living with him rather I am living in the female's hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women.

As a refugee here i don't have any right or privilege to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country.I want to go back to my studies because I only attended my first year before the tragic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.

Please listen to this,I have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me which i will send to you latter,because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank in Europe which he used my name as the next of kin,the amount in question is $4.9m (Four Million, Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars).So I will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you.

I kept this secret to people in the camp here the only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is like a father to me.

So in the light of above I will like you to keep it to  yourself and don't tell it to anyone for I am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it.Remember i am giving you all this information now due to the trust I deposed in you. Your thoughts is a good example of whom you are. I like honest and understanding people,truthful and a person of vision,truth, hardworking and God fearing.

My favourite language is English meanwhile i will like you to call me, I have alot to tell you,waiting to hear from you soonest.

起初，我的回信是这样的，因为害怕给自己惹上麻烦，我就说我在任何银行里都没有帐号：

Dear Anita,

I'm sorry to hear about that you're in the tragic incident  that lead you being this bad institution now.If you have some problems that need my help ,I'm so glad to help you.But I just don't believe you could trust me and we've never met each other before. 

Your news knocked me,but you should know that we haven't met before.How could you trust me so much?And also I don't have any account in any bank.I don't care how much money that your father lived to you,but I know that every one hates tragic incident and stay in the war place.

You know,I'm a girl ,kind-hearted is the characterastic of   enormous chinese people.I don't know what to do with your last letter now.

If my behavior had againsted the law in your native region and touched the political problems,you should have known that this problem not only involved you and me,but also your region and my region.So,please think about your letter words again.

I'm wait for your soonest request.

切，随后我去SINA上查，万一那女说的是真的我还有可能真的帮到她离开战争地，毕竟中国人是善良占多啊。查看后还真有个云南的朋友和我收到的信件内容大致一样，但是他是2007年受到的，两年后这群骗子又来骗人，NAINAIDE，我都不知道怎么骂那个BITCH！回了封很解气的信件，再看到她的信我会杀了她~~~~~~

看看这解气的回信：

I've found something that proving your are a cheater from Sina.com after I've send you my letter.Much of chinese people searched the Internet and found some problems in your fuck not perfect letters when such of your cheaters send that fuck letters to us.You want to earn money and cheat kind-hearted Chinese people?You bitch!

You want to cheat me ???My dearest Girl???I also found a letter that same to your letter that you send to me the last time.But at the same time I want to thank you ,because I've practiced  English.Also i want you to see the next letter that you want to send me.Do you konw what's the way that I know it???You bitch~because I have magic power~~I know you believe me !~Yes?

STANDARD LIFE BANK OF SCOTLAND ,this your Bank?Damn,shit!!!

I want to tell you again!!Don't request my letter again!If not I'll go to Dakar and kill you bitch!!

回了信以后心情好多了，因为感觉到咱们中国才是世界上最安全的地方，没有战争和灾难使他们骗取境外人的钱，因为他们国内有钱的人应该要不没有，要不就出国了，正是云南的那位朋友写的，其实她们的手法很简单，email是假的，苏格兰的传真也是假的，如果你上钩了，她们一般会教你给所谓的Transfer Office发传真或是email，就用那份她给的委托书，声称你们是合伙人。然后几天以后，苏格兰的回函会说她们查到了这个账户的确有650万美元，而且可以转到你的户头，可是这需要一笔手续费，因为在境外，所以这笔所谓的手续费需要从银行汇兑。当你按照她们所说的寄了钱，过了几天后，又会有一个回函说我们不能给你的账户转存这笔钱，原因是你将名字填错了，而这个错误是你自己造成的，所以你也不能退那笔手续费。如果你还是执迷不悟，那么再给她们寄钱，继续踢皮球。

OH！~再骂最后一句！You fuck bitch~结束我的境外战术~~~
